Explore the Treasure Valley

Move to the Treasure Valley. The Boise and Treasure Valley region delivers an unparalleled quality of life not found anywhere else in the nation. That statement isn’t unsubstantiated hype. It’s the reason Idaho is the fastest growing state in the country. Boise has a lot of things going for it: an urban/metropolitan economic and educational base, affordable cost-of-living, an extraordinary business-friendly environment, four mild and distinct seasons, and plenty of public wilderness that allows a lifetime of weekend adventures.

The entirely updated 2023 Boise & Treasure Valley Relocation Lifestyle Magazine is available to you for free to help you discover a little bit more information about the valley. The magazine highlights the 10 primary communities that represent the Boise metro area.

Welcome! Are you looking for an agent who has personal relocation experience? I’m here for you. I deliver white glove service with a down-to-earth approach. Trust my integrity, compassion, sense of humor and resilience. From first-time homebuyers to seasoned buyers and sellers, I love helping people with their real estate needs as life happens. I have devoted my career to exceeding the expectations of my discerning clients. From fixers to new construction, I work with all types of properties. My experience and training with Corporate Relocation will also benefit you. I am driven to help you relocate with ease. I love Boise so much that I moved here twice! I moved 1800 miles from Wisconsin (Go Packers!) and bought and sold during one of the busiest markets in history. I can appreciate loving a house from afar and wondering if it is as beautiful in person? Out-of-state moves involve many moving parts and I work tirelessly to ensure a smooth transition. On time and on budget. My Business Philosophy: Don’t mess with people’s money. Working with you: I will respect you, your time and your money. I communicate the way you prefer, work at your pace and represent you and your best interests through skilled negotiations, ongoing market knowledge and my vast network of local, national and international resources. Background: Born and raised near Chicago, I bring a strong Midwest work ethic, common sense and integrity to my real estate business. I started my real estate career in 2015. I am no stranger to high pressure situations. My experiences working in crisis intervention, legal, account management and human resources at tech start-up companies, inner city non-profits and Fortune 500 organizations have proven invaluable in real estate. I am a lifelong learner and hold designations in both Real Estate and Human Resources. My education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Certified Paralegal, Senior’s Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Probate Expert (CPE), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Interests: Idaho Humane Society, NYE Potato Drop, Green Bay Packers, Route 66, baseball, rooftop decks, pristine Idaho waterways and my dog, Lily (a beagle/lab rescue). We love walks along The Greenbelt. Specialties: Relocation, Probate and Residential resale and new construction. I look forward to meeting you soon! ~ Karen
